This table runner is the result of a fun week of PLAYING WITH TEXTURE as part of my holiday break. I went in with no plans other than the desire to highlight the beauty of natural fibers grown as sustainably as I can find, naturally colored with dyes of the earth.
The weft yarn in this totally unique one of a kind table runner was dyed with avocado pits I collected from my own kitchen, and dyed on my own back porch.
Warp: USA grown organic cotton
Weft: 45% organic, 55% conventional cotton yarn spun in the USA and naturally dyed with avocado pits.
