This table runner is the result of a fun week of PLAYING WITH TEXTURE as part of my holiday break. I went in with no plans other than the desire to hilight the beauty of natural fibers grown as sustainably as I can find, naturally colored with dyes of the earth.
The weft yarn in this totally unique one of a kind table runner was dyed with indigo on my own back porch. It fades from lighter "bright sky" blues on one end, to darker "lake blues" on the other side.
Warp: USA grown organic cotton
Weft: indigo dyed cotton bouclé yarn
Dimensions: 13" x 26"
